The exact timings can move with traffic, mountain conditions and the pace of the group, but the structure of the day stays simple: travel south from Krakow, experience the Zakopane region properly, then relax before the return journey.

Stop among the traditional timber houses of Chochołów. When the workshop is open, we also visit a local wood sculptor in a historic Highlander house.
Guided quad-bike adventure near Zakopane
After a safety briefing and protective gear, follow the local instructor onto a genuine off-road mountain route. This is a proper adventure rather than a sightseeing loop: expect rough tracks, ruts, uneven ground, mud, climbs and water sections where conditions allow.
The quad bikes are two-seaters. Two guests can share one machine and swap drivers during the experience.

Hot tea & grilled oscypek
Take a short Highlander-style break with traditional grilled smoked cheese. Hot tea is available when the weather calls for it.
Central Zakopane — free time
Spend around 1.5 hours in Zakopane. Walk along Krupówki, browse local crafts and shops, or choose a restaurant for lunch at your own pace.
Thermal baths
Swap mud and mountain air for warm mineral water. Enjoy indoor and outdoor pools, jacuzzis and leisure areas before the drive back to Krakow.
Return to Krakow
Relax on the return journey, with drop-off in Krakow and at accessible accommodation where applicable.
