2. Enquiries and booking requests
Sending a website form, email or WhatsApp message is a request for availability or a quote and does not by itself guarantee a booking. A booking is confirmed only after KRK-KrakowTours confirms the relevant date, route, availability, price and any required payment or deposit.
3. Shared tours
Shared tours are normally paid in advance using a payment link after the booking details and availability have been confirmed. A place is confirmed after the required advance payment has been completed.
4. Private tours and transfers
Private tours can usually be paid on the day unless the specific service requires advance payment. Available methods may include cash in PLN, EUR, USD or GBP, card and Revolut. Any payment-related charge will only be applied where legally permitted and will be disclosed before payment.
If tickets, an official guide or another third-party service must be booked and paid for in advance, KRK-KrakowTours may require a non-refundable deposit. The purpose and amount of any such deposit will be explained before the booking is confirmed.
5. Prices and third-party services
Website prices marked “From” are indicative starting prices. The final price can depend on date, group size, route, vehicle, seasonal conditions, tickets, guide availability and requested additions. For tailor-made services, the confirmed quote sent to the customer takes precedence over general website wording.
Where a museum, attraction, guide, shooting range, activity provider or other third party sets its own entry conditions, operating hours, age/height rules or safety requirements, those conditions also apply to the relevant part of the service.
6. Changes, cancellations and non-refundable items
If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact KRK-KrakowTours as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate reasonable changes where availability allows. Tickets, guides and other services purchased in advance may be non-refundable once booked. Any service-specific cancellation or refund conditions will be communicated before confirmation where they differ from these general terms.
7. Weather and outdoor activities
Outdoor activities may depend on weather, snow, river levels and local operating or safety conditions. An activity provider may change the route, timing or availability for safety reasons. Where possible, KRK-KrakowTours will discuss practical alternatives with the customer.
8. Customer information and conduct
Customers should provide accurate booking details, including group size, children’s ages where relevant, luggage, mobility requirements and pickup information. Vaping is strictly prohibited in KRK-KrakowTours vehicles, and drinking alcohol inside the vehicles is also prohibited.
9. Complaints and contact
Questions or complaints about a service should be sent to krk.krakowtours@gmail.com with enough information to identify the booking and explain the issue. We will review the matter and respond directly.
10. Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory rights that a consumer has under applicable Polish or European Union law.
